The AAI National Novice and Juvenile Uneven Ages Cross Country Championships will take place on Sunday 15th December 2019 in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

The closing date for entries is Wednesday 4th December, after which there will be a price increase until the final (late entry) closing date of Sunday 8th December. No entries will be accepted by National after 8th December.

JUVENILE entries

  • Enteries can be done via here for Juveniles: Comp 81

  1. The top 4 placed Club and County teams at the Leinster Uneven Ages Championships in girls and boys u/11, 13, 15, 17 and 19 qualify for the National Finals.

  1. In accordance with Athletics Ireland Rules, in the u/17 and u/19 age groups, open entry will apply for individuals, provided the athlete had entered the Athletics Leinster Cross Country Championships. Requests for open entry shall be submitted by e-mail to the Athletics Leinster XC Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. Once approved by the XC Secretary, the athlete may be entered by the Club Secretary. National seeks confirmation that a request to enter as an individual in these events was made, and approval obtained, before accepting an entry as valid.

Club and County Secretaries shall enter teams and approved u/17 and u/19 athletes directly to National using the Entry 4 Sports link on the Athletics Ireland website. Payments for entries will be made directly to National.

Only the top 4 juvenile Club and County teams qualify. National will check the entries and any team entered that has not qualified through Athletics Leinster will not be allowed to participate as a team and the cost of entry will be forfeited and not returned by National. It is the responsibility of Club and County Secretaries to ensure that only teams that have qualified through Leinster are entered for the National Championships.

Athletics Leinster will enter the top 12 placed individuals at the Leinster Uneven Ages Championships to compete on Leinster teams at the National Championships.

IMPORTANT:

Any Club or County team that has qualified but does not intend to compete, please advise Athletics Leinster as soon as possible by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots.
