Athletics Ireland Summer Camps take place again this summer at various locations nationwide. Poster here. These summer camps offer children the chance to try a whole range of fun athletics activities such as: Sprinting • Javelin • Hurdles • Shot put • Long jump • Walks • Relays.
Camps are open to children aged 6 - 12 and are priced at €50 for one week with a €10 discount for a second child, each camp begins on a Monday and runs right through to Friday, starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm daily. Please see attached information flyer.

The 2017/2018 squad camps kick off in September with a hope for a National Squad Camp for the 2nd meet up in Jan/Feb 2018. Full details/selections etc will be released following the All Ireland club T&F championships on Monday 17th July.

The AGM of Athletics Leinster will be held in the Keadeen Hotel, Newbridge on Thursday the 19th of February 2015 at 8.00pm sharp.
Please find attached Nominations Form, which along with all Motions should be forwarded to me before Friday the 30th of January 2015 in order to facilitate the timely dissemination to all County Boards in advance of the AGM. Motions received after this date will not be accepted for consideration.
Motions being put forward for this AGM will be considered by a Standing Orders Committee convened for such purpose, in advance of the AGM.
Can I please press upon each County Board the importance of this AGM and encourage as many Nominations and Motions as we look to put together our Team for 2015 and promote and develop Athletics within our province.
